A Little Bit About Me

Hello and welcome!
I'm very excited about finally joining the land of blog. I think the reason its taken so long is not knowing where to begin....

So for the people that actually read this, I thought I might take the time to introduce myself, and tell you a little bit about me....

My Name is Mon. I am married and a 'sew at home' Mummy to 2 beautiful little people, Jared and Willow.
I live for good food, chai, books, music, yoga, and art. However my passion lies with sewing and all things crafty, which is how the little business  Willow Mae began.
I am also a naturopath, greeen thumb, and passionate about our environment. I would love nothing more than to create a self sufficient household where we grow our own food and recycling our waste to create a more sustainable lifestyle.

I L♥VE working from home as it provides me with the best of both worlds. It inspires and encourages me to be creative, whilst being able to stay at home and spend time with my gorgeous kiddies. Saying that...., most of my sewing is done at night after the kids have been put to bed, until the wee hours of the morning... But that is a just small price to pay for doing something i LOVE and get so much delight and enjoyment from.

While I'm new to blogging, I am also in the process of completing my Big Cartel Store, www.willowmae.bigcartel.com as well as sewing new stock for our next Market Night on Thursday 1st December, where i will also be releasing the first of our little boys range "Mini Maehem".

Till then...... ♥
Mon  xx
